Jimsara Pty Ltd Trading as B&B Furniture Plus accepts online orders via the website B&B Furniture Plus.
We apologise in advance for all unforeseen circumstances or disruptions that can happen during your purchase and that will potentially affect the availability or the delivery of our products.
All items marked as “In Stock” and *available for purchase are stocked with our suppliers. *Please note that even if an item shows ‘in stock’ online, it might still be unavailable due to exceptional circumstances such as stock inventory errors, freight or stock damage, or to other reasons beyond the immediate control of the online system. If so, the customer will be alerted via email or mobile text message.
You acknowledge and agree that any Request you submit to us through this Website is a legal offer to us to purchase the goods or services that are the subject of the Request for the specified price (including the delivery, tax and other charges) at the time of the order and under these Terms. Should we accept your Request, we will acknowledge acceptance of it by sending you an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject your offer of purchase, or cancel an order that we haves previously accepted, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, including but not limited to:
- not being able to supply goods or services within a reasonable time or at all due to circumstances beyond our control
- an error on the Website in relation to the goods or services, for example, description, price or image
- failure to meet payment terms
- not being able to process or accept your payment
- the quantity of goods
Where we cancel your order after acceptance we will notify you of cancellation. We will not be liable to you or any third party if we cancel your order.
We do not accept responsibility for orders where you have failed to supply the correct delivery address. Please check your order carefully before submitting it as orders may not be able to be changed or cancelled once the order has been accepted by us.
In the event of cancelling your order after payment has been processed, we will refund any money paid to us for that order.
GST:
Prices shown include GST with the exception of GST-free items. The sale of medical aids and appliances is GST-free if they meet all 3 of the following conditions:
- listed in schedule 3 to the GST Act or in the GST regulations
- specifically designed for people with an illness or disability
- not widely used by people without an illness or a disability.
Medical aids and appliances that satisfy all these conditions are GST-free at every point in the supply chain – from manufacturer to consumer., excluding shipping.
GST on Hiring medical aids and appliances:
If medical aids and appliances meet the conditions to be sold GST-free, they can also be hired out GST-free.

Dispatch & Delivery Times:
Christmas / New Year 2023/2024
For online orders before 7 December (exc Mobility) are expected to arrive in time for Christmas, after this date not all suppliers can guarantee arrival. For all other purchases please contact us to ensure availability and delivery timeframes. If we have it and can get it to you we will!
B&B Furniture Plus aims to dispatch orders within 2 business day of cleared payment. During periods of high demand, delivery delays may occur. We accept no liability in the event of delayed delivery. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate delivery method if a method of delivery is not specified by you at the time of order.

Shipping Information:
Shipping costs and options are set out on our website, where it is not known a quote can be provided. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. All orders are sent with tracking for peace of mind.
*Please kindly note we do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers.
Standard Delivery Times:
Our orders are dispatched using a number of carriers which include (not limited to) Australia Post, Toll, Aramex, Direct Freight, Couriers Please. The estimated delivery time frames are:
Off season
For customers in Victoria, approximately 3-8 working days
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 5-10 working days
For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 7-14 working days
Peak season
For customers in Victoria, approximately 8 – 13 working days
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 10 – 15 working days
For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 12 – 19 working days

Australia wide only.
Lift Chairs Delivery:
Personalised Lift chair delivery is for Geelong to Portland – Hamilton. – South West Victoria Regions. We provide free local delivery in Warrnambool VIC 3280, other areas will incur a delivery fee. For shipping outside these areas, we are happy to provide you with a shipping quote.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are committed to offering our customers competitive prices, Prices displayed online are current at the time of issue but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change at anytime without notice. From time to time we may run special offers. As we aim to offer you the best price we can, we do not offer price matching. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service
Cancellations:
All orders placed are final once checked out at cart and or payment received, you are not able to change or cancel your order, unless such change or cancellation is required by law,
Returns:
B&B Furniture Plus does not accept returns unless mutually agreed. Any product shipment returned to us due to the customer’s refusal to accept delivery will not be accepted as a return under any circumstance.
We are committed to honouring consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, this means we will assist you if the goods:
- are or become faulty through no fault of your own during the warranty period
- are not fit for a stated purpose
- do not match our description or sample
- have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention
- You may be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault
Who pays for the return of my purchase?
We will cover any associated delivery charges for the return of any products which fail to meet the consumer guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law, provided they are returned to us using the recommended shipping method. Any return delivery charges will be added to your refund amount once processed. We will also refund the cost of the original delivery and pay for the delivery of any replacement item.
For any ‘change of mind’ returns, it is your responsibility to cover all delivery charges incurred. The item must be unopened and in its original packaging. Please ensure your item is packed securely to protect it from any damage in transit. We cannot be responsible for any items damaged or lost during return transit. Once the item is received by us and meets the change of mind policy a refund will be returned to you using the original payment method.

Missing Order:
If there is any problem with the items supplied in the order- for example, any components missing, then please contact us, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
Return to sender:
Any parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
Age of Consent:
In placing an order with us you are declaring that you are of the proper legal age to purchase the selected item or items. Should we discover that you are not legally entitled to be purchasing these goods, we will not be obliged to complete the transaction.
